With each one of our Custom Backdrop and Carpet Packages you have the option of purchasing the ‘Professional’ version which includes one of our Professional Grade Step and Repeat Stands. We call these ‘Professional Packages’ because of the professional and seamless appearance of each red carpet backdrop as it hangs on the stand as well as its versatility to be placed and moved around as your event needs change.
Our 8′ Retractable is available in black and is sold with our Junior, Gold and Platinum Packages. The Stand can fit Step and Repeat backdrops 8′ tall and up to 8′ wide. You can set up your custom backdrop stand in 8 easy steps below. Each 8′ Retractable Stand comes with everything you need to set it up for your custom backdrops and even includes its own carry bag with compartments so that you can safely store all hardware.

Red Carpet Runway 8' Retractable Stand - Parts List
Step 1
Assemble the telescoping uprights and the feet using the supplied screws and screw driver

Align the mounting holes to face the flat sides of the feet

Assemble the top and bottom poles respectively. Top and bottom poles can be identified by stickers near the shaped ends

Attach the bottom pole to one of the uprights as shown below, tighten up the thumb screw
Step 4: Attach the bottom pole to one of the uprights

Attach the top pole to one of the upright as shown below, tighten up the thumb screw
Step 5: Attach the top pole to one of the upright poles
Step 6
Slide your Step and Repeat over the loose ends of the top and bottom poles as shown below
Step 6: Slide Your Custom Step and Repeat over the loose ends of the top and bottom poles
Step 7
Tighten up the thumb screw to make sure the top and bottom poles are securely assembled
Step 7: Tighten up the thumb screws so that everything is securely assembled
Step 8
Adjust the height of the telescopic uprights to get good tension on your custom backdrop
